The Board of the Oak Lodge Water Services District will be meeting on Tuesday June 20, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. at its office located at 14496 SE River Rd, Oak Grove, OR 97267.  Beginning at 5:30 p.m. with an Executive Session regarding matters contained within ORS 192.660 (2)(a) and (d), the Regular Session will resume at 6:00 p.m. The Regular Session is open to the public and the public is encouraged to attend.

In addition, the Budget Hearing meeting will be held starting at 6 p.m.

NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING

For the fiscal year 2017-18, Oak Lodge Water Services consolidated their budget.  Please review form LB-1 about this budget (attached).

A meeting of the Oak Lodge Water Services District Board of Directors will be held on June 20, 2017 at 6:00 PM at 14496 SE River Road, Oak Grove, OR 97267. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017 as approved by the Oak Lodge Water Services District Budget Committee. A summary of the budget is presented below. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained at the Administration Office, 14496 SE River Road between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This budget is for annual period. This budget was prepared on a basis of accounting that is consistent with the basis of accounting used during the preceding year. If different, the major changes and their effect on the budget are explained in the LB1 Form.
