The Board of the Oak Lodge Water Services District will be holding a Regular Board Meeting on December 18th, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at its office located at 14496 SE River Rd, Oak Grove, OR 97267. The agenda for the meeting will include: interviews for Budget Committee members, consent agenda, appointment of Budget Committee members, appointment of Budget Officer, adoption of the budget calendar, adoption of a resolution amending 2018-2019 Budget, finance policies workshop—second set, Special Districts Insurance Services insurance renewal, solids building refurbishment—engineering task order, followed by department reports and business from the Board. The agenda for the meeting will also include an executive session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f) To consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection and (2)(h) To consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed. The regular portion of the meeting is open to the public and the public is encouraged to attend.
