The Oak Lodge Water Services Board of Directors will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 6 p.m. To promote physical separation guidelines currently in place at the federal and state level, the Board President has directed that, until further notice, public attendance at Board meetings will be telephonic only. Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting and have unlimited long-distance calling should dial (253) 215-8782 at the designated time and enter the access code 840 0517 2204. The agenda for the meeting will include a Consent Agenda containing the December 2020 Financial Report and Meeting Minutes; a monthly update from the Oak Lodge Governance Project; appointment of Board Officers; a presentation from Clackamas River Water Providers; designation of an SDAO voting member; the second reading of an Ordinance Updating Water System Development Charges; consideration of a Resolution Adopting District Design and Construction Standards; update on procurement to restore sewer treatment plant flow capacity; consideration of the 2021/2022 Communications Plan; Department Reports; and Business from the Board. In addition, the Board will convene an Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(f) to consider information exempt from public disclosure.
