The Oak Lodge Water Services Board of Directors will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 6 p.m. To promote physical separation guidelines currently in place at the federal and state level, the Board President has directed that, until further notice, public attendance at Board meetings will be telephonic only. Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting and have unlimited long-distance calling should dial (253) 215-8782 at the designated time and enter the access code 864 3179 8455. The agenda for the meeting will include a Consent Agenda containing the January & February 2021 Financial Reports, Meeting Minutes, and extension of the Declaration of State of Emergency; a monthly update from the Oak Lodge Governance Project; appointment of a Budget Committee Member; consideration of a construction contract for an Aeration Blower and Baffle project; consideration of a contract with Water Systems Consulting for a Sanitary Sewer Master Plan; a presentation from North Clackamas Watersheds Council; Consideration of a contract with a collections agency; consideration of a Resolution amending the Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Other Charges; Department Reports; and Business from the Board.
