Board of Directors Meeting

The Oak Lodge Water Services Board of Directors will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 6 p.m. The public may attend through Zoom video conference (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86849807352) or in-person (14496 SE River Road). Individuals seeking meeting accommodations must contact the District Recorder (laural@olwsd.org) at least 48 hours in advance. Members of the public who wish to submit a written comment may visit: oaklodgewaterservices.org/public-comment. The agenda for the meeting will include public comment; a monthly update from the Oak Lodge Governance Project; a public hearing on the FY 2023 Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Other Charges; a Consent Agenda containing a Financial Report, meeting minutes, and approval of an agreement with Cushman and Wakefield for brokerage services; an intergovernmental agreement with Clackamas River Water for water supply; a resolution adopting the FY 2023 Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Other Charges; a resolution transferring the Oak Lodge Water Services District assets and liabilities to the Oak Lodge Water Services Authority; an agreement for the Aldercrest water main project; Business from the Board; and Department Reports. The Board will also convene an executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(i) to review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the chief executive officer of any public body, a public officer, employee or staff member who does not request an open hearing.
