Payments can still be dropped off in person at our office at 14496 SE River Rd. We have a drop off box on the corner of the building at Maple & River Rd for after hour payments.

Can I still bring my payments to the office?

Yes! You can always pay via check, cash, or card at our office at 14496 SE River Rd. Check Payments can also be dropped off in our drop box.

Why do you have a Seattle mailing address?

Payments are now processed directly through our bank. The mailing address is for their payment processing facility. 

What if I need to mail something that isn't a payment?

Continue to mail any other correspondence to 14496 SE River Rd, Milwaukie OR 97267. If you do include additional correspondence with your payment, our bank will get the documentation to us to process. Examples of other correspondence include: Leak Adjustments Requests, Relief Assistance Applications, and Backflow Test Results.
