Project Overview

We will construct a 60' x 40' pole barn at one of our water reservoir sites. This building will include garage doors for storing utility vehicles and equipment to protect OLWS-owned materials from moisture damage and prevent corrosion. The building will feature a dark green metal roof and gray metal siding to blend in with the existing structures and surrounding vegetation.

Upon completion, the site will continue operating as it currently does, with semi-regular site use to monitor water pumping equipment and reservoirs.

Project Location

Valley View Reservoir site, near the intersection of Valley View Rd. and Valley View Dr.

Project Schedule

Construction is scheduled for April 2025 and is expected to last about three weeks. Work will happen during regular working hours, roughly from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Construction Impacts

Due to the location, no major traffic or noise impacts are anticipated.
