We have teamed up with City of Gresham, Troutdale, Fairview, and Wood Village to bring businesses the Stormdrain Cleaning Assistance Program (SCAP). This voluntary discount program offers cleaning of parking lot drains for a discounted flat fee of $60 per drain. Registration is open September 1, 2022 - October 31, 2022.

Why we offer this program 

We coordinate this discount program to assist area businesses with stormdrains on their properties. Stormdrains require regular cleaning to remove pollutants and prevent flooding, and property owners are responsible for maintenance of storm drains on their property. This program also helps organize maintenance records for regular submission. 

Remember to submit your paid invoice to the District at least every 18 months or more often as needed to prevent flooding.

How it works 

This program is offered in the fall and spring each year. To register your property for the current season of the program, complete the form below or call for assistance. The service provider will contact you to schedule your cleaning and will bill you after the work is done. If you change your mind, you may decline service when you are contacted for scheduling.

The $60 flat fee covers removal of debris from standard parking lot drains. It does not include jetting, repair, or cleaning oversized catch basins. The service provider may offer a quote for additional services which you are free to accept or decline.
