If you had the District turn your water meter off or locked to avoid the flat rates for water and sewer, to get your water services flowing again, please call (503) 654-7765 to have your meter unlocked. The Cut Lock Fee is $125.00.

Do not cut the lock yourself, as repairs are expensive. If you do cut the lock and start using water you will be charged a Cut Lock Penalty Fee of $125.00 and you will be back billed for that consumption as well as the service rates from when water started going through that meter and we have reads/water consumption.
