Wednesday, March 17, 2021. District Extends Declaration of State of Emergency
(March 17, 2021) – The Oak Lodge Water Services District (District) Board of Directors approved an extension of the Declaration of State of Emergency at the Tuesday, March 16 regular meeting. Extending the state of emergency declaration acknowledges COVID-19 is still present and impacting the everyday lives of our customers and the work of our staff.
The pandemic has had unprecedented economic impacts, including record unemployment, which has led some people in our community to be unable to pay their bills and in need of the support of the District and community partners.
“I want our customers to know it’s okay to ask for help. Sometimes the unexpected happens and we’re here to support you,” said Paul Gornick, Board President.
The District has two programs currently available, the temporary Emergency COVID-19 Assistance Program and Time Payment Agreement.
If you or someone you know has been impacted by COVID-19, the temporary Emergency COVID-19 Assistance Program provides direct assistance for both residential and commercial customers with paying their bill.
The District also offers flexible payment arrangements to assist customers recovering from these difficult economic times.
Please contact the customer service team to discuss if you qualify for assistance at
