The Oak Lodge Water Services Board of Directors will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, July 21, 2020 at 10 a.m. To promote physical social separation guidelines currently in place at the federal and state level, the Board President has directed that, until further notice, public attendance at Board meetings will be telephonic only. In the event of a meeting venue change, the District will notify the public by updating the website: www.oaklodgewaterservices.org. Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting and have unlimited long-distance calling should dial (253) 215-8782 at the designated time and enter the access code 825 9288 4175. The agenda for the meeting will include public comment, an Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(d) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations, and Consideration of Resolution No. 2020-10 Approving the General Manager to Sign the July 1, 2020 Collective Bargaining Agreement with AFSCME Local 350-10.
